Originally designed as a rental building and then converted to condominium units, this project fronts 4th Avenue and 1st Street in the Park Slope neighborhood of Brooklyn. The project was developed in collaboration with ODA, who designed the exteriors. Issac & Stern Architects designed the interior layout and held the role of executive architect.

The collaboration between the two firms resulted in an attractive building design that is dynamic and unusual for the neighborhood. The building has 11 stories, with 10 residential condominium floors over one story reserved for commercial use.

The building was constructed to a height of 120 feet above grade. Its features include multilevel terraces for most of the residential units above the fifth floor. The cellar houses building services, storage units, a lower-level duplex accessory to the commercial space on the first floor, and an exterior garden. The residential lobby and commercial entrance are on the first floor, and the remaining 10 floors are allocated for residential units.

The building has a gross area of 82,000 square feet, including the cellar, and 44 residential units.
