12-16 30th Avenue is a new condo development designed by Issac & Stern Architects. The development project is currently in the preconstruction phase at 12-16 30th Avenue, Queens. The 50-foot-tall development will yield 19,452 square feet and have a total of 15 units with an
average unit scope of 987 square feet. The space will span over 14,807 square feet as designated. The lot is located closer to the 30th Avenue subway station, serviced by the N and W trains. The masonry-based building design will feature a 36-foot-long rear yard and 12 enclosed parking spaces. It is one of Issac & Stern Architects’ latest projects, and its estimated completion date has not been determined yet.
New Renderings Revealed, Permits Filed For 136-21 Hillside Avenue, Kew Gardens, Queens
The permits have been filed to build a three-story commercial building at 136-21 Hillside Avenue, in Kew Gardens, Queens. The building is designed by Issac & Stern Architects, and Builder Alex Gilkarov will be responsible for building development. The four-story structure will be 48-foot tall and will yield 18,140 square feet of commercial space dedicated to medical use. It will highlight curtain-wall windows on the ground floor and a silver façade above, with large aluminum-framed windows. Parking space will be built with a capacity of 8 vehicles and will be built on the ground floor. The building is located 2 blocks away from the Jamaica-Van Wyck Subway Station, serviced by the E trains. It is a fifteen-minute walk away from Jamaica Long Island Railroad Train Station. The project’s estimated completion date is yet to be revealed.
