This building was designed with a modern façade consisting of a brick veneer, large windows, a stepped portion of glass, and a metal enclosure panel system. The stepped design evokes a modern, dynamic feel and adds a strong presence to the neighborhood. The side elevations are a combination of brick veneer and stucco.
