This building was designed with a modern façade. Rising to 210 feet above grade, the elevation features large glass enclosures and a grid of oversized stone and metal surrounding double-height windows in a staggered pattern. The building has setback floors and penthouse levels from floors 14-18, and the 19th floor is allocated to building amenities, taking advantage of clear views of the East River. It is adjacent to a much taller structure on one side and a smaller structure on the other side, so its size and modern design do not overwhelm the neighborhood.
