This building’s brick veneer with glass and aluminum panels configured in a random pattern has a dynamic look. The mixed-used building, intended to be occupied by members of the young population flocking to the up-and-coming Brooklyn neighborhood, has commercial space on the first floor and is residential from floors two to eight.
