This project is located in Prospect Heights, Brooklyn. The building consists of seven stories of high-end condominiums with a total height of 71 feet. It is located within residential zoning district R7B.
The design incorporates unique windows surrounded by dark stone trim and an intricate brick pattern in varying shades of grey. Variations in window sizes, trims, and treatments and finishes on the first floor give the structure a unique look. The building also features ornamental brass paneling for the first-floor entrances and lobby.
The building’s large dwelling units have two and three bedrooms. The cellar is allocated to building services and storage units; the first floor includes the residential lobby, building amenities, and the entrance to accessory parking for 16 cars. The building has an approximate gross area of 47,000 square feet and 31 residential units.
