This project is located in two residential zoning districts—R8A and R6A. Therefore, the building was designed to a height of nine stories on the east side of the property (R8A) and a height of six stories on the west side (R6A).

The cellar is allocated to building services, storage, and amenities. The first floor is allocated to a residential entrance and a residential unit in the rear. A parking facility on the west side of the property is accessible from 9th Street. Floors 2-6 are allocated to residential units with one- and two-bedroom apartments. The floors above six are located in the R8A zoning district. Building recreation and additional building services are on the roof over the ninth floor.

The building has an unusual façade that was designed by Luca Andrisani with collaboration from Issac & Stern Architects. The building has a random pattern of arched windows, creating a unique elevation. Long Italian brick is used throughout the façade.

The building has an approximate gross area of 48,000 square feet and is occupied by 39 residential units.
