This project is located on a corner lot in the Park Slope neighborhood in Brooklyn. The unique, eye-catching building was designed with double-height windows, metal spandrels between floors, a roman-sized brick veneer, and metal trim around the windows. The first and second floors have double-height storefronts surrounded by ornamental archways in a stacked brick pattern. The building is mixed-use, with commercial space on the first floor and in the cellar. There is also a double-height residential entrance on the first floor with a lobby overlooking the large garden. In addition to the commercial space, amenities and building services are located on the cellar level, and there is a parking facility on the first floor. Floors 2-11 are occupied by residential units.
The building contains a total of 65 dwelling units; most are one and two bedrooms. There are also a few studios and three-bedroom units located on the upper penthouse levels. The building was designed as a high-rise on its northwestern side, which is located within the R8A zoning district (11 floors). There is also a section on the southeastern side of the building located in the R6B zone (five stories). The mixed-use building has a gross area of 82,000 square feet.
